Pastor and author J.D. Greear shares practiced principles to help your church develop a culture of disciple-making in this five-session course.

What can I do to help my church grow?

We all want to find a biblical model for healthy growth that impacts not just our churches, but the world. Lasting growth happens when each member of your church is equipped and empowered to personally fulfill the Great Commission. A multiplying church enlists every disciple to make disciples.

But how can your church become a multiplying church? Whether you’re part of an energized church or your church has fallen on lean times, you can equip your people to make disciples and experience transformational growth.

Why this course?

In this course, J.D. will share his experience with implementing systems and strategies that create a multiplying church. He will help you address the hurdles you might face while building a disciple-making culture and equip you to set a vision of biblical growth for your church.

Implement Strategies for Multiplication

Whether you’re starting from scratch or building upon an existing system, J.D. will lay out a blueprint for multiplication. You will set clear goals around the values of multiplication and implement proven practices to help you meet those goals.

Define Discipleship for Your Church

People can’t be expected to make disciples if they don’t know who a disciple is and what a disciple does. J.D. will talk through different identities and practices of a mature disciple to help you create a sustainable pathway for congregational disciple-making.

Identify Your Bias Toward Growth

We often divide churches between congregations committed to growing wide and those committed to growing deep. J.D. will break down this false dichotomy and show you why both width and depth are essential to a multiplying church.

At the end of this course, you will...

01.

Acquire practical steps to develop a culture of multiplication in your church.
